About Our ClassesAll group classes are held at our offices in Seattle. To meet our quality standards, class size is limited to eight, and we ask that you register at least the day prior to class. Teleclasses do not have an eight-participant per class limit. Included in class fees is re-attendance as desired for up to one year.
