Our firm provides a different approach to both group and individual outplacement.  We find that in comparison most outplacement programs are impersonal, overly complicated and time-based.  As a result, professionals fail more often than succeed with a cookie-cutter approach.  Those transitioning can be at their most vulnerable, and need a system that works with them instead. 

Human resources studies show that outplacement programs that begin quickly and are easy to follow and implement produce more job opportunities.  These same studies show that two-thirds of typical time-based outplacement programs expire before candidates transition to new roles.
